Hi, I’m Lauren

A qualified teacher with over 11 years in the classroom and 5 years working 1:1 as a home tutor. I’m also the founder of Trusted Teaching with Lauren, and someone who cares deeply about helping children feel confident, calm, and capable.

Over the years, I’ve worked with all kinds of learners, but one thing has always stayed the same: when children feel safe, supported, and understood, amazing things happen. That’s what I build everything around, whether it’s preparing for SATs or just helping a child believe in themselves again.

My approach is playful, personal, and full of heart. No pressure. No shame. Just real, meaningful support that works for your child.

Worried about SATs?

If your child is starting to feel the pressure or you’re not sure how to support them at home, you’re in the right place.
I’ve created something simple, warm, and effective to take the stress out of SATs preparation.

Easy-to-Use

The SATs Literacy Confidence Booster Pack

is a downloadable bundle full of reading comprehension practice, SPaG tools, writing support and clear, parent-friendly guidance.

Supportive

Created by me (Lauren – a qualified teacher and tutor with 11+ years’ experience), this pack is ready to use today.

“Lauren is amazing! She has a natural talent for connecting with children, and her kind, patient approach makes such a difference. She took the time to understand Abel's strengths and areas for improvement, creating lessons that were effective and genuinely enjoyable for him. Her ability to engage with Abel and keep him focused and motivated was impressive, especially given the challenges of preparing for the 11 Plus. We’ve already seen a big improvement in his understanding. We couldn’t be happier with her support!”
